biography

Candace Dellacona's law practice is concentrated in both elder law, which includes Medicaid planning, guardianships, long-term care planning and reverse mortgages and trusts and estates, which includes wills, trusts, advanced directives and estate administration. Ms. Dellacona is a lawyer with the firm, Feldman, Kramer & Monaco with offices on Long Island and New York City.

Ms. Dellacona is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Sections of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Dellacona also served the Committee of the Problems of the Aging of the Bar of the City of New York and on the Advisory Board of the New York City Department of the Aging, Elder Abuse Training Project.

Ms. Dellacona also serves on the board for the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence.

Ms. Dellacona received her law degree from St. John's University School of Law. Prior to joining Feldman Kramer & Monaco, Ms. Dellacona was a founding partner of Weinreb & Dellacona and an associate with the Law Offices of Matthew J. Nolfo in New York City. She completed her undergraduate work at American University in Washington D.C. and before becoming a lawyer has worked for the United States Department of Justice, Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell.
